Fiddlehead Ferns for Prairie North

As the Co-Founder and Director of Community of a social enterprise called Prairie North Fruit Co. I managed all our content development.

Our mission was to help people learn what food they can find in their own backyards and empower them with the skills to use it.

To maximize our impact, I took one piece of content and reformatted it to all our different social networks. Below you will find a case study of that technique by following some content I created on foraging for fiddlehead ferns.

I wrote a blog post that had full details on how to safely forage and cook fiddlehead ferns.

I then wrote content for each of our social networks that ultimately pointed back to the post.

I created a longer video for YouTube and a short TikTok.

Each piece of content is adapted and customized to fit the network.
