ADR Institute Online Learning Module

The ADR Institute of Alberta offers training and professional development in conflict management. Normally, these classes are entirely in person, but with the pandemic we suddenly realized we would need to move our classes online.

We were able to move our courses into an online format that students loved. I integrated LearnDash learning management system into our WordPress website. This allowed us to develop online courses with videos, visuals, resources, content, and recommended reading, that were integrated with Zoom to offer discussions and breakout groups. I also added online forums for students to introduce themselves and connect.

Now as the life is returning to the new normal, we will continue to offer most of our classes online because of the positive feedback we received.
